DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Dosage:
Adult: Maintenance Dose: Take 1+1/2 capful or 3/4 tsp twice daily in water or juice with food. You can also take 1 tsp three times a day (7.5 ml). Begin slowly taking 1/2 tsp daily and increasing by 1/2 tsp every 2 days to a maintenance dose. Best taken in a liter of water – sipped through the day along with ReMag.
Children 4-12 years, take ½ the adult dose.
Children under 4: Consult your doctor.

FIRST AID
