DIRECTIONS FOR USE

Dosage:
ReStructure® can be mixed with water, coconut milk, almond milk or your favorite juice, or a green drink to create an excellent, healthy drink. Use 27 grams in 240ml of liquid. You can also mix it into kefir, or mix nuts into the drink if you need a more substantial drink, or keep a keto diet.

Not intended for children under 18 years of age, for people with hypertension, kidney and liver problems, metabolic syndrome, diabetes, or cancer. Do not use during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
